The Obernzenn market intends to set up a new daycare centre and connect it to the existing KiTa as well as the subsequent partial renovation of the existing KiTa in Obernzenn. In the first construction phase, the new day care center (regular kindergarten and crèche) is to be built as a ground-floor, non-basement building in solid or modular construction (both conceivable in consideration of construction time and costs). The new building must be connected to the existing KiTa (incorporation or connection of the existing and new buildings). After moving into the new building, the partial renovation of the two existing KiTa buildings is required (= 2. construction phase). The buildings of the existing KiTa were built with time intervals and are used differently. The following space requirements were determined for the new building of the new day-care centre: - 3 group rooms for regular groups, - 1 group room for crèche children or 1 group room, which can be used for children aged 1 to 6, as well as all necessary sleeping, auxiliary, staff, sanitary facilities and infrastructures.
