In the desired situation, 1 contractor will provide support to the Football and Safety audit team from mid-January 2 017 in accordance with the requirements and agreed requirements. The scope of the call for tenders consists of the provision of various services: A. conducting fact-finding investigations into major incidents of football vandalism and/or football related violence; B. conducting thematic research on (new) developments and trends; C. drafting concrete opinions and recommendations by carrying out research/audits on how paid football organisations, municipalities, police and prosecution services implement the ‘accessible. guest and safe football’ project locally. D. Performance of various secretarial services for the Football and Safety Audit Team. E. carry out the evaluation in the context of seven pilots ‘accessible, welcoming and safe football’. The contractor must carry out all the services referred to above.
