Description

The subject-matter of the contract is a service for the daily and all-day preparation and delivery of meals for patients of SP ZOZ in Sulechów.
2. The contractor will be required to carry out mass catering in health care in accordance with the principles of good hygiene practice, good manufacturing practice and apply the principles of the HACCP system as implemented. During the performance of the contract, the Contractor will also be required to ensure the quality of food in accordance with the recommendations for standards and nutrients and food products assigned to healthcare establishments, taking into account the diets used, the food preparation technology issued by the Institute of Food and Nutrition in Warsaw, in particular as regards nutritional value, enrichment, volume and weight of dishes.
