Description

Leistungsgegenstand ist die Konzeption und Durchführung einer Maßnahme gem. § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 SGB III zur Arbeitsmarktintegration erwerbsfähiger Leistungsberechtigter, welche einerseits eine arbeitsmarktliche Beratung sowie berufliche Orientierung erhalten sowie andererseits in ihrer Persönlichkeitsentwicklung unterstützt werden sollen, um den Bezug von Leistungen zur Grundsicherung für Arbeitsuchende zu reduzieren oder zu beenden. Einen Fokus der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung bildet eine Stylingberatung, welche ggf. auch ein konkretes (Um-)Styling enthält, sodass den Teilnehmenden ein adäquates Selbstmarketing in Vorstellungsgesprächen ermöglicht wird.
