Description

Lounais-Suomen Jätehuolto Oy pyysi tarjousta loppusijoitettavan jätteen siirtokuljetuksista Topinojan jätekeskuksesta, Pitkäsaarenkatu 7, Turku, Korvenmäen jätekeskukseen, Helsingintie 541, Salo, tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Urakan sisältö oli kuvattu tarkemmin Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevassa sopimusmallissa (liite 1). Keskeytysilmoituksen perustelut: Lounais-Suomen Jätehuolto Oy (Tilaaja) on havainnut tarjousten vertailun yhteydessä, että hankinta ei ole ollut hankintalain edellyttämällä tavalla riittävän selkeä. Näin ollen hankinnan keskeyttämiselle on hankintalain 125 § mukainen todellinen ja perusteltu syy. Tilaaja tulee selkeyttämään tarjouspyyntöä ja kilpailuttamaan urakan uudestaan helmi-maaliskuun 2024 aikana.
