Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa bonów żywieniowych o nominale:
a) 5 PLN w ilości 18 524 sztuk,
b) 6,50 PLN w ilości 80 542 sztuk,
c) 7,00 PLN w ilości 91 993 sztuki.
Zamawiający gwarantuje zakup 70 % ilości bonów żywieniowych określonych w pkt III.1 SIWZ. Pozostałe 30 % lub ich część może zostać zamówione w zależności od woli Zamawiającego. Nie wykorzystanie maksymalnej ilości przedmiotu umowy w okresie jej obowiązywania nie powoduje po stronie Zamawiającego obowiązku wykupienia nie zrealizowanej wartości umowy, ani jakichkolwiek roszczeń odszkodowawczych Wykonawcy z tego tytułu.
