1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of small laboratory equipment and materials and raw materials, including: reagents and other materials. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in the annexes

2. In respect of the above supplies, the Contractor may subcontract it to contractors, taking full responsibility for their quality and quality, timeliness of reliability.
3. The minimum expiry date of the subject of the contract shall be:
— for Package Nos 2-10, 12-13, 15, 18-20, 23 not less than 12 months from the date of delivery;
— for Package Nos 14, 22, 24, 28 – not less than 6 months from the date of delivery;
— for Package Nos 1, 11, 16-17, 21, 25-27, 29-31 not less than 10 months from the date of delivery;
4. Additional information:
— for package 14: Patients’ whole blood for isolation of RNA is collected in the Tempus™ Blood RNA Tube tubes of Applied Biosystems and only isolation of RNA with an integral part of the system

— for package 23: EndoWrist surgical materials and instruments for an operational robot type da Vinci Si. All surgical materials and instruments must be compatible with the da Vinci type operational robot

5. The contracting authority shall have the right to verify the reliability of the technical parameters provided by the Contractor in all available sources, including by requesting additional submission.
