Description

1 Nicht offener einphasiger hochbaulicher-freiraumplanerischer Realisierungswettbewerb "Neubau des Rathauses" in Greven, nach RPW 2013 im Rahmen der VgV, zur Vergabe von Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß § 34 HOAI (Honorarzone IV gemäß § 35 HOAI) sowie die Leistungen der Objektplanung Freianlagen gemäß § 39 (Honorarzone III § 40 HOAI) für die Leistungsphasen 1 - 5. Die weitere Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 6 - 9 nach § 34 und § 39 HOAI, erfolgt als optionale Beauftragung in der noch von der Auftraggeberin festzulegenden Stufen.
