Description

The mission includes the operation, management, supervision, maintenance and repair of several special technology installations at the Hornu site of the EpiCURA hospital centre and their technological and regulatory monitoring. The contract will cover preventive, curative (including stock management of consumables and emergency parts) and amending maintenance and will be established for a five-year commitment period (including renewals). The following is a list of the special technology installations covered by this contract: • All HVAC installations; o Hot production and distribution; o Cold production and distribution (ice water, direct expansion); o Ventilation (pull and extraction, including kitchen and laboratory hoods); o All refrigeration plants for cold rooms; • The regulation and supervision facility: GTC (Siemens brand); • All switchboards specific to the installations mentioned above; • Wastewater/fecal/rainwater disposal facilities; The following techniques will be subject to mandatory options: 1. plumbing installations for sanitary water and fire, including the treatment of such sanitary water (Cu/Ag treatment, softeners and osmosis units); 2.
