Description

Gesamtmaßn.:Neubau (Neubau Bauteil I) und Umstrukturierung (Neubau/Abbr. Bauteil II und Bauteil III) der bisherigen Gesamtschule Senefelder-Schule Treuchtlingen in mehreren Bauphasen bei laufendem Schulbetrieb.
Im Rahmen der Umstrukturierung werden unter dem Dach der integrierten und differenzierten Gesamtschule die drei Schultypen Mittelschule, Realschule und Gymnasium in einem Baukörper vereint und mit flexiblen Räumen und Lernbereichen ausgestattet.
Da die Baumaßn. während des laufenden Schulbetriebs stattfinden, sind mehrere Bauabschnitte vorgesehen:
— Vorlauf: Teilabbr. Bestandsgebäude „Mensa“ für Neubaumaßnahme BT I;
— 1.Bauphase: dreigeschossiger Neubau BT I Schule Fachklassen auf dem östlichen Grundstück:
— 2.Bauphase: Abbr. Bestandsfachkraftklassen;
— Neubau Sporthalle BT II;
— 3.Bauphase: Abbr. Bestandssporthalle;
— dreigeschossiger Neubau Schule BT III:
Klassen/Verwaltung Lehrerzimmer – Nachlauf: Abbruch Bestandsklassenzimmertrakt und Mittagsbetreuung-
Herstellung Freianlage
