VOF-Verfahren zur Vergabe von Fachplanungsleistungen für die Neuerrichtung von Gesundheitseinrichtungen der Stadt Friedrichshafen auf dem Gelände des Karl-Olga-Hauses. In einem ersten Abschnitt sollen: Vielfältige senioren-orientierte Gesundheitseinrichtungen des Klinikums, ein Altenpflegeheim, Arztpraxen, Therapiepraxen, Altenpflegeschule sowie ein Kindergarten und ein öffentliches Café entstehen. Abweichungen hiervon können sich im Verlauf der Planung ergeben, bedürfen aber der Zustimmung des Gemeinderates.
