Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 74 VgV für die Durchführung von Bauplanungsleistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude für das Fraunhofer IEG Cottbus - Neubau Bürogebäude mit Technikum, Gesamtkosten KG 200-700 (ohne Erstausstattung) max. 16.727.000 netto (ohne Mehrwertssteuer) Die Umsetzung des Vorhabens erfolgt im ZBau-Verfahren inkl. Erstellung einer Antrags- und Bauunterlage sowie Wahrnehmung eines Konzeptgespräches mit den Zuwendungsgebern. Vorgegebenes Honorar gemäß HOAI, sowie Honorarangebote für BIM gemäß beiliegender Leistungsbeschreibungen
