Tallinna Tehnikaülikooli Raamatukogu (edaspidi hankija) soovib osta juurdepääsu elektroonilistele teadusajakirjadele kasutades selleks teadusajakirjade vahendajate teenust. Hankija soovib sõlmida raamlepingu kolmeks (3) aastaks, et tagada Tallinna Tehnikaülikoolile katkematu juurdepääs võõrkeelsetele elektroonilistele teadusajakirjadele lähtudes Tallinna Tehnikaülikooli õppe- ja teadustöö vajadustest.
