Description

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste with code ex19 12 12 (nadsit), derived from the mechanical-biological treatment of municipal waste, including bulky waste, not having the character of hazardous, inert or biodegradable waste, in a way that ensures the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder. 2. The quantity of waste code ex19 12 12 (nadsit) to be collected and managed under the basic contract is 2000 Mg. 3. The contracting authority has no influence on the size of the incoming waste stream, due to the high variability of this stream. In the event of an increase in the waste stream, the Contracting Authority allows the use of the option referred to in Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, consisting in increasing the amount of waste with code ex19 12 12 (nadsit) intended for collection and management by an additional amount of 3000 Mg. 4. Taking into account the above, the total amount of waste destined for reception and management amounts to 5000 Mg, including: for the basic contract: 2000 Mg and for the order under the option: up to 3000 Mg. 5. Waste will be offered in the form of: in bulk.
