Description

The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision of human resources services in the IT environment of the Ministry of the Interior, Sport and Infrastructure (ISIM) of the Land Rhineland-Palatinate. In total, around 540 PC jobs are available at 3 sites, with around 20 % of the workplaces being set up as mobile workstations and externally accessing the ISIM network. Around 45 servers are operated in a largely virtualised environment.
It is intended to use external IT service staff for all IT administrators (e.g. network configuration, server administration, maintenance of the Active Directory structure, client configuration) and user support.
The service will be concluded as a framework agreement, specifying the guaranteed minimum quantities of purchases and estimated quantities to be purchased. Further information on the future contractor’s performance obligations can be found in the tender specifications (part B of the call for tenders).
The framework agreement to be concluded with the award has a minimum duration of 3 years, starting on 1 January 2015. The contract may then be renewed once for a period of one year by the Contracting Authority.
The start date for performance is 01/01/2015.
