Description

De verzekeringsmogelijkheden voor aansprakelijkheid en goed werkgeverschap voor gemeenten zijn beperkt. Na marktonderzoek blijkt dat op dit moment slechts 1 verzekeraar mogelijkheden heeft om via een Europese aanbesteding in te schrijven. De gemeente stelt de nadrukkelijke eis dat inloop is meeverzekerd vanaf 1 januari 1987 en de schadeafdeling moet over een adequate schadeafdeling beschikken met korte doorlooptijden. Ook schades onder het eigen risico moeten via een servicemodule kunnen worden behandeld. Het eigen risico voor zaak en letselschades bedraagt € 2.500,00 per gebeurtenis. Opdrachtgever is voornemens om een contract af te sluiten voor een periode van 36 maanden. premie 540.000,00 euro per jaar
