Description

The subject-matter of the contract shall include: Delivery of drinks upon prior request by the Assignor. The specified types of items in the Technical Specification - Annex No 1 of the documentation are estimated by quantity and the Assignor has no obligation to fully utilize them, and the price of them will be indicated in a price list provided by the Contractor with the given items for each request, to which will be applied the percentage of trade discount specified by him in his price offer (Annex No 5). The indication of a percentage trade discount in the price offer of the participant is mandatory! The beverages supplied must be labelled with a ‘use by’ date and must have a minimum of 70% of the total ‘use by’ date stated by the manufacturer.
