Description

The contractor will provide for all Vilogia agencies on national territory:
Rental, installation of multifunction printing machines, training of users, E-maintenance and supply of consumables.
The holder will make available a fleet management tool, which will, inter alia:
Compilation of statistics and reports (e.g.: number of colour/black and white pages per machine, per user; number of maintenance/machine interventions; frequency of use during the day, etc.), individualise printing parameters (e.g.: rights of access to colour, scanner, etc.), to avoid orphan printing and to ensure the confidentiality of printing (e.g.: printing by badge or access code).
The current fleet now consists of around 60 machines. This quantity is indicative and is neither a minimum nor a maximum to be achieved by the Vilogia AG.
Provision may be made for supplies of equipment during the duration of the contract.
The Vilogia AG will send the selected candidates technical specifications and all the consultation file necessary for the drafting of their tender.
