Description

Construction of affordable rental apartments in Šmartno pod Šmarna gora in the first phase of the project, namely: - completion of three multi-dwelling buildings (A, B and C) - construction of the fourth building (D) until the third extended phase, all after final building permit No 351-434/2007-24 of 17 10. 2007 and the project documentation for the execution of the construction, project no. 250118, production date December 2025 and February 2026 update (hereinafter: Project documentation PZI) produced by the designer Elea iC d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 21, 1000 Ljubljana. For the execution of the contract, the client has EUR 6,484,000,00 of guaranteed funds (excluding VAT). A tender exceeding the stated amount of funds provided will be excluded from the procurement procedure as inadmissible.
