La présente consultation concerne : un marché d'exploitation, maintenance CVC pour les sites du Département de la Haute Loire. Il s'agit d'un marché à Prestation Forfaitaire avec et sans Intéressement (PF et PFI) P2, Gros entretien et renouvellement P3 conclu pour une durée de 5 ans, et prévoit la réalisation simultanée de quatre objectifs : - La fourniture aux usagers d'une continuité de service et de confort, l'entretien et le maintien en parfait état de fonctionnement et d'entretien du matériel dont il a la charge, - La recherche d'économies d'énergie, - Le conseil au MAITRE D'OUVRAGE pour le suivi des installations et l'élaboration des programmes de travaux destinés à améliorer la performance énergétique, - La sécurité des sites
