Public passenger transport services by public urban bus. The Client assumes the conclusion of several contracts according to individual technical and operational files. The fulfilment of the public service obligation will be fully ensured only by low-emission vehicles within the meaning of Act No 360/2022 on the promotion of low-emission vehicles through public procurement and public passenger transport services, no later than 24 months after the start of the provision of public services. The carrier will be contractually obliged to provide further significant assets or to make significant investments in infrastructure under the conditions of Article 4(4) of Regulation 1370/2007.
