Detailed quantitative specification, detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: ‘OPZ’) is set out in Annex 1A to the SWZ, which is also a form for calculating the offer price. 4. The draft provisions of the contract are also an integral part of the GIP (Annex 4 to the SWZ). 5. The execution of each order should take place no later than 14 days from the receipt of the order. 6. Equivalent materials and equipment: 1) If the description of the subject of the contract includes any trademarks, patents or origin, sources or specific processes that characterize the products or services provided by a particular Contractor, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions (‘or equivalent’ – Article 99(5) of the Public Procurement Act). They concern all the elements/components of the description of the subject-matter of the contract in this procedure which are required of the Contractor. When preparing the description of the subject-matter of the contract in the present proceedings, the contracting authority indicated all the cases known to it and, in each of them, provided the principles for assessing equivalent solutions.
