1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of chemical reagents for the needs of units of the University of Warmia and Mazury. 2. The assessment of the fulfilment of equivalence between the product specified by the contracting authority and the product offered by the contractor will be made on the basis of the provided documents indicated in Chapter VII of the FTZ. 5. The quantities indicated in the description of the subject of the contract according to Annex 1 to the FTZ constitute only potential demand of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to place orders for a larger quantity of a given product than listed in Appendix No. 1 to the FTZ or not to purchase a given item at all, however, the Ordering Party estimates that it will purchase 1% of the specified assortment according to Appendix No. 1.
