Description

Die GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH ist ein städtisches Unternehmen, welches u.a. für über 50 allgemeinbildende Schulen im Süden Hamburgs (Wilhelmsburg und Harburg) sowie für Gebäude des Hochschul- und Kommunalbaus die Dienstleistungen des Baus, des Betriebes und der Bewirtschaftung wahrnimmt. --------------- Das Bürgerhaus Harburg ist 1984 im Zentrum der Harburger Innenstadt eröffnet worden. Die Immobilie verfügt als Veranstaltungsstätte u. a. über einen Veranstaltungssaal, über 6 Gruppenräume und eine Gastronomie mit Außenfläche im Hinterhof. Nach fast 40 Jahren Kulturbetrieb entspricht das Gebäude nicht mehr den zeitgemäßen Anforderungen in Bezug auf Technik und Veranstaltungsrichtlinien. Nach einer bereits fertiggestellten Sanierung der Fassadenelemente wird nun der Innenraum und die Gebäudetechnik saniert. Das Gebäude steht seit August 2021 unter Denkmalschutz (siehe Eintragung in die Denkmalliste und Kartierung vom 02.08.2021). Die Modernisierung und Neugestaltung des Gebäudes wird durch das Rahmenprogramm Integrierte Stadtteilentwicklung (RISE) gefördert. --------------- Hier: Lüftung
