1. The subject of the contract is the provision of technical support services for network switches and communication modules, a LAN administration system together with a hardware platform. 2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to: 1. Removal of physical defects of the Devices and malfunctions of the Devices software 2. Performing Software Updates for Devices 3. Providing the Ordering Party with independent access 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to the web service of the manufacturer of the Devices, which enables: a) transferring information about the occurrence of a physical defect of the Device or malfunction of the Device software to the technical center of the Device manufacturer, b) performing a software update of the Devices to the latest version, c) access to the documentation of the Devices and the software of the Devices, d) access to the technical support of the Device software manufacturer, access to the details of the service contract.
