Kontraktet omfattar kartläggning och analys av stimulansåtgärder i respons till COVID-19 som har påverkan på miljö och klimat som genomförts eller planerar att genomföras i de nordiska länderna. Arbetet utförs i samarbete med den nordiska arbetsgruppen för Miljö och ekonomi (NME) och skall utmynna i en rapport som publiceras i Nordiska Ministerrådets publikationscerie TemaNord. I kontraktet ingår även informationinsatser.
