The UOC, requires the hiring of 3 companies that provide in a coordinated way the information of the reputation of the UOC, informing of all the news referring to the UOC and other keywords previously defined by the UOC Media Office, appearing in the generalist and specialized media (press, radio, television and internet) of reference, in Catalan and Spanish and English, local, Catalan and Spanish, from 7 in the morning of the day before to 8 in the morning of the same day of sending the clipping. Report the positioning of the UOC in the network, evaluate how it is perceived, identify its strengths and weaknesses, detect the main prescribers and detractors (influencers), detect possible crises in advance, as well as it is essential to compare the perception of the brand with respect to the main competitors.
