Part I – Centre of Poland
The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase of hotel and restaurant services, together with the handling of meetings, meetings and training, hereinafter referred to as ‘training’, and the stay of ARiMR employees in a training centre, carried out through the successive renting of a centre located in central Poland outside the administrative boundaries of the capital city of Warsaw, but no further than 60 km from the ARiMR Central Office in Warsaw, ul. Part II – South of Poland
The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase of hotel and restaurant services, together with the handling of meetings, meetings and training, hereinafter referred to as ‘training’, and the stay of ARiMR employees in a training centre, implemented through the successive renting of a training centre located in the south of Poland outside the administrative borders of Kielc, in Świętokrzyskie Province within 50 km of the administrative borders of Kielc.
Part III – West of Poland
The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase of hotel and restaurant services, together with the handling of meetings, meetings and training, hereinafter referred to as ‘training’, and the stay of ARiMR employees in a training centre, implemented through the successive rental of a training centre located in the west of Poland outside the administrative borders of Poznań, within a maximum distance of 30 km from the administrative borders of Poznań.
The provision of training will consist, in particular, of the following types of benefits:
(1) provision of food accommodation for trainees;
(2) technical training, including provision of meeting rooms with equipment and coffee services;
(3) transport for training participants by the route and types of roads indicated by the Contracting Authority (including toll roads).
The contracting authority requires the performance of the hotel service contract in person, subject to Paragraph 2(2). 3 contracts, i.e. if it is impossible to perform the order in full within the time limit indicated by the Contracting Authority for reasons attributable to the Contractor, the Contractor shall inform the Contracting Authority of this fact by fax or electronic means no later than 2 days after the placing of the order. In this case, the Contractor must designate another training centre. This centre must meet the requirements of the standard specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract.The selection of the centre must be approved by the Contracting Authority.
Contracts may be performed until the amount of remuneration specified in the contract has been exhausted, but no longer than from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31.12.2016.
The contracting authority will only pay for the services actually provided by the Contractor and directly linked to the organisation of the training.
There will be 1-3 days of training in the centres. The contracting authority will submit orders by fax or electronic means at the latest 7 calendar days before the training is scheduled to take place, while the final number of participants will be confirmed no later than 3 days before the date of the training, in writing with an accuracy of 10 % of trainees.
Training will be organised in the centres for up to 120 people on a one-off basis.
All rooms, conference rooms, canteens must be located in no more than 3 buildings.The distance between all buildings shall not exceed 300 m.
