Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 new and never used vehicle for the collection and transport of municipal waste, with a collection tank, a waste collection superstructure with linear compression, which allows the collection of species raw materials, at least paper, plastic, municipal waste and large-volume waste, with a dumper and preparation for the weighing system. VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM RECOGNISING PAID AND UNPAID VEHICLE. The vehicle required must be fully functional and capable of immediate use. The contracting authority indicates the technical parameters of the vehicle in Annex 1 to the Technical Specification. Tenderers shall, on the basis of the Technical Parameters of Annex 1, offer a specific product with the minimum characteristics laid down by the contracting authority pursuant to Annex 1, indicating the specific name of the product offered and its illustrative visualisation. The subject of the contract must meet all the conditions set by Slovak STN standards and European legislation that apply to it. Part of the subject of this contract is the provision of warranty and post-warranty service transferred by a professional service center authorized by the vehicle manufacturer within 24 hours from the reporting of the failure and the provision of a replacement vehicle by the successful tenderer, which will have an identification system, the provision of qualified instruction of the operating staff of at least 1 person. As part of the subject of the contract, a manual in Slovak or Czech language, a service booklet, a service card and other documents necessary for the operation of the vehicle according to the applicable legislation and standards at the time of delivery of the subject of the contract are also required.
