Description

The Licensing Authority entrusts to the Concessionaire, on an exclusive basis, the design, implementation, management and operation of the project "Les Glacières Port Notre Dame", at the risks and perils of the Concessionaire and in compliance with the principle of continuity of public service. The Contractor shall in particular: - Design and implementation of the cultural proposal, including the provision, maintenance and renewal of the equipment necessary for the immersive experience - Full operational operation of the site, including the adjoining car park - Operation of a snack-restaurant area and a souvenir shop (non-mandatory) - Reception and information of visitors and management of the ticket office - Design, production and management of educational activities and entertainment for the general public - Creation and promotion of derived products (non-mandatory) - Creation of events and events - Promotion, communication and tourist marketing of the site - Management of images, photographs, designations, documents and reproductions - Management of the provision of spaces - Maintenance and upkeep of the property made available - Management and maintenance of green spaces within the scope of the concession The granting authority carries out land acquisitions, obtaining administrative authorisations, financing and project management for renovation work on the buildings made available, other than development work related to the same design of the cultural project.
