Dans un contexte de soutien affirmé de l’ensemble des partenaires et professionnels publics de l’habitat (Etat, Conseil Départemental de Meurthe et Moselle, Action Logement, Région Grand Est, Communauté de Communes Terres Touloises) la Ville de Toul relance un nouveau dispositif d’OPAH-RU qui soit pleinement intégré au programme d’actions cœur de ville et contribue à sa réussite sur les volets ‘habitat’ et ‘valorisation des espaces publics et du patrimoine’. Les dispositions techniques propres au marché sont détaillées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P).
