I. Description of the subject-matter of the contract The subject-matter of the contract is the comprehensive provision of services for the maintenance of communal greenery and woodlands, including: ongoing care of trees and shrubs forming part of decorated greenery, greenery, squares, flower beds, flowers and plants planted in pots, removal of invasive plant species; felling of trees and shrubs – excluding felling carried out as part of the investment tasks of the Pobiedziska Commune;  designing and making new plantings of trees, shrubs and flowers.
