Обособена позиция 1 „Следгаранционна поддръжка на технически средства, осигуряващи работоспособността на Н.ШИС и взаимосвързани компоненти“.
Дейността по следгаранционна поддръжка включва предоставяне на услуги, регулярни технически обслужвания и експертна помощ, осигуряващи поддържане на постоянна работоспособност на описаните хардуерни и софтуерни компоненти, възстановяване на работоспособността им в случай на нарушено функциониране и се отнасят техническите средства, описани в техническата спецификация.
Обособена позиция 2 „Следгаранционна поддръжка на прилежащата критична инфраструктура, осигуряваща работоспособността на Н.ШИС“.
Дейността по следгаранционна поддръжка включва предоставяне на услуги и експертна помощ, осигуряващи поддържане на постоянна работоспособност на инфраструктурата в гр. Банкя и в гр. София, ул. „Теодосий Търновски“ № 42, съгласно техническата спецификация.
