A centralised restricted procedure for the insurance of the risks relating to claims with damage of EUR 800 001 or more (eight hundred thousand euros) for the civil liability of the health authorities and the health authorities of the Umbria Region (Perugia Ospedaliera Azienda Ospedaliera di Terni – Azienda Ospedaliera di Terni – Azienda Ospedaliera di Terni – Azienda USL Umbria No 1). Assoluta allowance: irrespective of the amount of damage caused by the accident, the regional health authorities will have a fixed amount of EUR 800 000, which remains entirely borne by them. The insurer will only pay the difference between the threshold of EUR 800 000 and the damage paid to the injured party.
