The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is established for the supply of medicinal products from the Positive Drug List (PDL) for the needs of the sponsor. The initial ‘Specification of medicinal products’ annexed to the documentation sets out the medicinal products required and the quantities thereof, as assessed by the sponsor at the time of the establishment of the DPS. These quantities are estimated and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to assign them in full.
