Description

The subject of the contract is Modernization and expansion of the sports infrastructure of the municipal stadium in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Within the scope of the contract, the following basic works will be carried out: 1/ Demolition of the existing and construction of a new covered tribune, including: -demolition of the existing tribune, -execution of reinforced concrete construction of the tribune, -assembly of seats and barriers on the tribune, -execution of steel construction and roof covering, -construction of connections: sanitary and rainwater sewerage, water supply, -room equipment, including furniture, computers 2/ Construction of sports infrastructure, including: -implementation of interior and exterior finishing works, -assembly of sanitary installations and equipment, including but not limited to: : wod-kan, c.o. with heat pumps, mechanical ventilation, rain canister with retention tank, hydrant system, air conditioning, -assembly of electrical and teletechnical installations and devices, including: photovoltaic panels with energy storage, -construction of ticket offices and deposits, -execution of road works, -execution of technical infrastructure, -land development, including, among others: fence, green Basic parameters of the subject of the contract: A/ Tribune: -construction area: 1 548.14 m2 - usable area: 1 466,81 m2 -cubic capacity: 9 198 m3 - number of floors: variable from 1 to -number of seats in the grandstand: 2 014 B/ Cash and deposit office building: -construction area: 40.77 m2 - usable area: 28,53 m2 -cubic capacity: 122 m3 - number of floors: 1 The subject of the contract also includes making arrangements, obtaining all opinions and decisions and performing all necessary works enabling the use of the facility, including obtaining a permit for the use of the facility by the Contractor on behalf of the Contracting Authority. The detailed scope of works covered by the contract is specified in the design documentation.
