Description

The current dynamic purchasing system is set up for a period of 24 months in order to ensure the supply of medical supplies for the needs of SBALAG-Maichin Dom EAD. Under the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), contracts will be awarded through limited procedures for the periodic supply of medical supplies. Medical supplies are detailed in the attached initial technical specification, with its own serial number, a description of the minimum requirements, a single measure and an estimated quantity. The types of medical supplies listed in the attached technical specification, as well as the estimated quantities, can be changed by adding new types of medical supplies or by changing the estimated quantities at the time of the award of each specific procurement, within the framework of the established DPS. The DPS will be operational within 24 months and during this period the contracting authority shall invite the candidates included in the DPS to submit tenders for each specific restricted procedure for the supply of medical supplies.
