This consultation concerns: - cleaning services and maintenance of cleanliness of the surroundings and common areas of buildings, - cleaning services of vacant dwellings and their annexes, to be carried out in the heritage of m2A Habitat (Mulhouse and neighbouring municipalities). The framework agreement is divided into four lots corresponding to the three agencies of m2A Habitat and the vacant dwellings. The framework agreement includes: - permanent services, the place, quantity and timing of which are defined in the special technical specifications and the annexes thereto. This service is remunerated on a flat-rate basis. - one-off services whose pace and frequency cannot be foreseen. These occasional interventions are the subject of specific orders and will be remunerated by applying the unit prices in the price schedule corresponding to the quantities actually executed.
