Description

1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the execution, delivery and installation of a system intended together with SAT tests to determine the size of macromolecules by mass photometry for the needs of the SOLCRYS line at the SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Centre. 2. The subject of the contract is financed, inter alia, from funds obtained on the basis of an agreement with the State Treasury – Minister of Education and Science of 10 November 2023, with the number: 7451/IA/SP/2023. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with a description of the minimum parameters and technical and functional requirements is included in Annex A to the FTZ. 4. General requirements for the entire order: 4.1 The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract on the terms and conditions described in the FTZ as well as in the model contract constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ (draft provisions of the contract). 4.2 The tender must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. it must cover the entire range covered by the subject-matter of the contract. 4.3 The Contractor must offer the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in the FTZ and its annexes. 4.4 The Contractor must offer a guarantee (at least 12 months) of at least the minimum level and conditions indicated in the draft terms of the contract (in the model contract).
