Description

The purpose of this contract is the implementation and maintenance of the complete Digital Distribution Twin (DDCAT) with prediction of the water quality of the Consorci dā€™AigĆ¼es de Tarragona (CAT), which complements and reinforces the current SAOOEC system (Automatic Operation System with Energy Optimization of the CAT). Currently there is the digital twin SAOOEC that allows to distribute the water of the entire network automatically optimizing the energy cost. The model is static, and is updated manually. The objective of this contract is to implement a self-calibrable network model that allows to have a faithful model of the real operation of the network at all times. The fact that the model is accurate to the network allows to take the capabilities of the digital twin to its maximum exponent, detecting leaks, malfunctioning pumps or improving energy optimization. This will allow to have a digital twin that allows to carry out a global management of the distribution of water in high of the CAT in a safe, with quality, efficient and resilient way. The digital twin will allow you to have at all times updated information on the state of the network, generation of advanced alarms, with future predictions and analysis of past events. In addition, its integration with SAOOEC will improve the operation of this system through the use of a self-calibrated model.
