Description

The purpose of this European call for tenders for Westrom is to contract 1 service provider. In doing so, the successful party acts as a partner of Westrom and supports it in further professionalising the control function.
Westrom will award the contract to the best price-quality ratio (BPKV), subject to termination of this invitation to tender prior to the award of the contract, taking into account other aspects of quality in addition to price in the evaluation of tenders. Westrom’s aim is to encourage bidders to offer more than what is required as minimum requirements.
Westrom is looking for a partner with knowledge of the public domain, preferably knowledge and experience of local authorities’ implementing bodies or sheltered employment (SW) in particular.
