Les travaux décrits au présent descriptif sont nécessaires en vue de la réalisation de l'ensemble des travaux de FACADES / SERRURERIE / METALLERIE / MENUISERIES. Ils comprennent (liste non exhaustive) : -Les travaux de façades type filet pour le RDC -Les travaux de façades type métal déployé pour les étages -Les travaux de menuiseries extérieures -Les travaux de fermeture de bâtiment -La fourniture et la pose des portails automatiques -Les travaux de serrurerie-métallerie et notamment garde-corps, mains-courantes, ranges vélos, grilles de ventilation... Il est prévu une tranche optionnelle pour la prestation suivante : - Fourniture et pose de chasse-roues.
