Description

The subject of this invitation to tender is the leasing of a passive fibre-optic network to a service provider which ensures network operation by way of a service concession as a contractor (AN) and also provides internet and telecommunications services as a bundled offer to private and commercial end customers for a reasonable fee. In addition, the AN is responsible, inter alia, for offering both active and passive wholesale products to customers, taking into account the publications by the Federal Ministry and Transport of 23.12.2024 (see also https://www.gigabitfoerderung.gov.de/downloads/). In addition, there are services of maintenance, servicing, repair, documentation as well as suppression and service as well as associated services.
