This project provides for the following renovation measures: • Thermal insulation of the roof In the attic space of the top floor is laid thermal insulation system mineral wool 120 mm (or layered installation up to the required thickness, with overlap) with an operating coefficient of thermal conductivity λ≤0,038 W/mK, parodiffusion membrane. It is envisaged to install anti-pane locks on the evacuation exits. • Replacement of lighting fixtures The replacement of old LNG and LOT is envisaged. New LED fixtures will be installed in place of the old ones. • Installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 40,0 kWp for own needs on the roofs of the building is envisaged.
