Description

Construction of a new school and day-care facility to replace the existing Forestry School as an OPS project. The OPS project involves the design, design, construction/construction of the Forest hill School and subsequent maintenance and construction operations, as well as the provision of certain related services for an operating phase of 25 years.
The school must be built in conjunction with or adjacent to the existing Forest hill school, which must also be capable of being used without significant inconvenience until the new school is put into service. Renovation and reuse of parts of the existing building stock as part of the overall solution is possible if the tenderer considers that this would be the best option. As part of the task, and to the extent necessary, the OPS provider must ensure that the necessary temporary facilities are put in place for the execution of training and/or operation of the SFO while the construction/establishment of the new school is ongoing. It is expected that the new school will accommodate around 650 pupils and associated staff, while the day-care institution is expected to accommodate around 100 children.
Odder Municipality intends to pay for the construction sum as instalment payments during the planning and construction phase.
