Ce marché a pour objet des prestations d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage immobilier pour environ 500 000 m2 de bâtiments.
Les prestations d'AMO porteront majoritairement sur des petites opérations de rénovation d'un montant inférieur de 200 000 EUR de travaux. Elles pourront toutefois porter ponctuellement sur des opérations plus importantes de plusieurs millions d'euro(s) en rénovation et/ou construction neuve.
