Description

The subject-matter of this contract is the extension of two HP 3PAR Matrices and the provision of guarantees and technical support for the products supplied. The contractor will perform the contract in the following stages:
Stage I – supply of equipment with installation – up to 25/35 working days from the date of entry into force of the contract (depending on the tender submitted – tender evaluation criterion);
Stage II – guarantee and technical support for delivered products for a period of 24/36 months from the date of signature of the final protocol but not earlier than the end of Phase I (depending on the tender submitted – tender evaluation criterion).
