Description

This consultation is launched in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Code of Public Order of April 1, 2019. The works are the subject of a single tranche. This consultation is the subject of three lots which will be dealt with by separate contracts (relaunch due to the absence of an initial tender procedure). Contracts shall be concluded on the basis of a total and flat-rate price which may be revised. Variants at the initiative of the candidate are allowed. Pursuant to Article 2112-2 of the CCP, all the lots in this consultation involve social integration through economic activity. The overall duration of the contract is 17 months, including the two-month site preparation period. Work is expected to start in December 2025
