The contracting authority needs support services for system operation firewall, hardware, high availability/localisation and external network connections. This includes:
Staff support from 2 consultants during the lifetime of a migration project to colonise a new data centre, as well as day-to-day operational business in the firewall, hardware, high availability/localisation and external network connections. Support services focus on the planning and implementation of migration, the operation of the infrastructure components and the maintenance of the relevant rules and configurations.
The infrastructures to be managed are essentially based on the following products:
(A) firewall:
— Check point firewall/VPN based on Nokia/Check Point IP series,
— Check Point Multi Domain Server, Smart Center,
— Nokia Horizon Manager.
(B) Loadbalancing:
— F5 Big-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM),
— F5 Big-IP Global Traffic Manager (GTM).
(C) External connections:
— Cisco Router.
Cooperation is limited to the products mentioned above. The agreement will start on 15.7.2012 and will last for a maximum period of 31.12.2015.
2 consultants are needed. It is desirable that both persons meet the requirements in full.
The contracting authority intends to conclude a contract framework of up to 1000 person-days for support services. In doing so, the Contractor undertakes to obtain a minimum of 300 person-days. An acceptance obligation does not exist beyond this minimum acceptance.
