Aufgabenbereich Begleitforschung und Unterstützung Ergebnistransfer: Der vom Förderschwerpunkt "Mittelstand-Digital" betriebene Wissenstransfer von der Wissenschaft in KMU, Handwerk und Start-ups kann nur dann wirksam sein, wenn er neueste wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse aus Digitalisierung und Cybersicherheit adäquat berücksichtigt. Dies soll die Begleitforschung sicherstellen. Aufgabenbereich Evaluation: Die begleitende und Ex-post-Evaluation soll wesentliche Beiträge zu der von § 7 Abs. 2 BHO geforderten begleitenden und abschließenden Erfolgskontrolle leisten.
